You all did not communicate the shipping turnaround for my order when you all say y’all do same day shipping! It took TWO weeks before my order shipped. I would have not have placed the order because it would not have been back in time for my event. I had to purchase other hair and yall would not give me a refund! Yall had not shipped my order when I asked for a refund. Per the refund policy, only store credit is available for processed and shipped orders. That means if it hadn’t shipped, a refund is due! I will never shop here again and won’t be referring people to you all due to your lack of communication and greed!
