All cuticles are intact and you will notice each selection of our virgin hair has a natural taper at the end. All human Brazilian hair has undergone a stringent quality assurance process to ensure it is free of imperfections.
At Goddess Lengths we are committed to providing you the best service possible! Your order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of payment. Our standard shipping will take 2-3 business days to deliver on the East Coast and 4-6 days on the West Coast. We offer an Express service so you can keep your appointment. We are not responsible for carrier delays from the post office, natural disaster delays, or delays due to the holiday. We strongly suggest not booking a hair appointment until you have received your order. In such cases where you would need your product immediately, we offer Express Shipping. Orders must be placed by 12:00 CST to ship out same day.
We are more than happy to accommodate exchanges of hair extensions that have NOT been opened, worn or tampered with. ( Label and Rubber Bands must remain in place)
You may exchange your GODDESS LENGTHS Hair Extensions order ONLY if they have NOT been opened and not taken out of the packaging within the 7 days of receiving your order. GODDESS LENGTHS Hair Extensions are packaged with a special security seal which identifies if the extensions have been tampered with.
Human hair extensions are a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.
HOW CAN I EXCHANGE MY HAIR EXTENSIONS
You must contact us first at (info@GoddessLengths.com) within the industry leading seven (7) day exchange period.. All GODDESS LENGTHS Hair Extensions must be shipped back unopened in the original packaging and the packaging must not be defaced in any way or an exchange will not be issued. All exchanges must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice.
We will then provide you with our return address and instructions, where the exchanged item will be inspected to see if you qualify for an exchange. Opened merchandise will not be exchanged.
Do I have to pay for the shipping of my exchange?
You are responsible for all exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your exchange with a tracking number as Goddess Lengths Virgin Hair will not be held responsible for lost returns.
Also, please indicate on package “RETURN, NO DUTIES” or your package will be returned to you ONLY if you are international.
